BAFA Construction Limited is a building construction company, established by a group of highly motivated and talented individuals dedicated to delivering flawless construction projects to both private and public sector Clients in respect of procurement, construction and management of built environment related projects

Our team has a genuine desire and enthusiasm to exceed clients’ expectations. We have over 20years experience gained from working with some of the industry’s most respected and well-established Engineering and Construction companies. We affirm our commitment to ensure that our strategic focus remains in the best interest of our business associates. We realise that it is our hard work that forms the basis of our success in the future. Our Expert Team

Frederick is an experienced Project Manager/ Quantity Surveyor with an excellent people skill. He has managed a varied portfolio of projects at both pre-contract and post-contract stages. He has over 18 years’ experience in building construction and cost management across a broad-spectrum including education, commercial, residential, health and industrial projects. Frederick is currently working as Managing Director / Project Manager.
Frederick Ababio Nuamah (BSc MSc MGhIS)
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Richard holds a BSc. in Construction Technology. He has over 12 years experience in the Construction Industry as a Site Engineer and has worked in virtually every sector of the industry (Building Construction and Civil Engineering), delivering complex and diverse projects. He enjoys the challenging nature of the design, planning, organisation and resourcing process that need to be completed for all projects and maintains a passion for successful delivery of projects and delighting of clients.
Richard Siabi (BSc)
PROJECT MANAGER
Perry holds a MSc in Project Management and BSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics.He has 12 years of experience at overseeing all phases of construction projects,from initial planning and budgeting to execution and close out. He has a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Sarah joins the BAFA team with a wealth of experience in Communication and Marketing with focus on Public Relations, Brand, Strategy, Market insights, Competitor analysis and organizational skills. Sarah holds an MBA in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Isaac is an accomplished Health,Safety,Security and Environment Manager with professional experience spanning over 10 years in developing and implementing comprehensive programs to ensure workplace safety,security and environmental compliance.He has a proven track record of reducing accidents and creating a culture of safety and is committed to employee well-being.
